Sandip Banerjee is an electrical engineer focused on smart grid systems and renewable energy technologies. Sandip holds a Master of Technology in Smart Grid Systems from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
With a robust academic background and a passion for innovation, Sandip has contributed to various projects, including the development of energy-mixing algorithms for hybrid microgrid systems and the design of in-home displays for appliance monitoring and control. His technical expertise spans multiple domains, including grid study, load flow analysis and grid simulation using ETAP, Panda Power, MATLAB, and PSCAD as well as laboratory-oriented experimental aspects. Sandip conducted his master’s thesis on “Performance Analysis and Operational Aspects of ZigBee Enabled Hybrid Microgrid System.”
