ITPI had been contracted as lenders engineer for 4 solar projects located in Rajasthan, India of 5 MW each, for carrying out due diligence and inspections during implementation and post commissioning.
The scope of work included detailed due diligence of the project including project design, power evacuation, power purchase agreement, project cost, EPC contracts, permits/clearances, issuance of draw down certificate for disbursement of sanctioned loan amount, operation and maintenance plan and contracts, report on plant performance, operation and maintenance activities etc.
