Project: The Power Finance Corporation (PFC) extended financial assistance loans to 4 different 5MW solar PV projects. These projects are implemented under the “National Solar Mission” in the state of Rajasthan.
Our role: ITP India was appointed as the Lender’s Engineer for these projects. Our work included:
Due diligence:
- Detailed due diligence of the project including project design, power evacuation, Power Purchase Agreements, project cost, EPC contracts and permits
- Due diligence report with issuance of certificate for agreed loans
Project inspection:
- Site visits for physical inspection
- Assess the performance of the plant till 2nd year of operation post commissioning and report to lender
- Review of operation and maintenance (0&M) plan and contracts
- Assess the O&M activities including minimum plant performance assurance
