Junior Consultant
Ms. Shubhangini Singh is currently an intern in Policy Research at IT Power Pvt Ltd India. She has completed her M.Sc. in Economics from TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi and holds a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Economics from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi.
Shubhangini has demonstrated proficiency in various analytical skills, including Microsoft Office tools, programming languages and software such as R, Stata, Python, SPSS, Orange, Excel Solver, and LaTeX. She is also skilled in video editing with Wonder share Filmora, designing with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Canva, as well as social media broadcasting media. Additionally, she has an advanced certification in Data Science and Decision Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Her previous research work includes a game-theoretic model on tradable water permits, an analysis of the dominance of capital over labour in capitalism, and a study on income disparity and unemployment in Faridabad. Currently, she is focusing on energy policies of various countries and macro-economic dimensions of Indian Energy Transition. Shubhangini has been actively involved in various roles, including treasurer, production editor, and technical assistant for the Economics Association and Economics Editorial Board at Indraprastha College for Women. She also has keen interest in sports and had been a part of her school Handball team and college Taekwondo team and has taken part in various tournaments.
