- “COP29 – Unlocking Solar Thermal Potential: Scaling Heating and Cooling Systems”– IT Power Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with International Solar Alliance (ISA) and ITP Thermal Pty Ltd, Australia, hosted the event, at COP29 Summit, Baku, Azerbaijan on 20th November 2024. Key discussions highlighted solar thermal’s unmatched efficiency, its role in reducing grid pressure, and its ability to stabilize power systems. At the same time, challenges like capital costs and financing were explored as critical areas for innovation. The need to use hybrid solutions and market-based approaches was also discussed.
